Farm to Table ft. chef Misti Norris

This evening was especially memorable because of the farm itself where retired veterans rehabilitate returning veterans suffering from PTSD, depression and addiction by way of agriculture and farming. We chose to feature local Dallas chef Misti Norris (executive chef at Small Brewpub recently nominated for a James Beard Award) because of her incredible talent and commitment to responsible food sourcing.  7 course tasting menu (with pairings from Messina Hof Winery - also veteran owned and operated) consisted of items sourced directly from the farm itself.
